As the Voyager 1 space probe left our solar system in 1990, it turned it’s camera around for one last picture of our home. The Earth was described as a “pale blue dot”. Carl Sagan eloquently memorialized that observation in 1994 with a lecture at Cornell University. In essence, we are a reflection, an evolution, of all that has happened on Earth.
We have the power to alter the universe in a very small way and we have the power to alter our own lives and the lives of others in a very big way.
We need to do what we can to make our own life and the lives of others special.
